Absolutely horrendous customer service. I came to purchase one item, and I understand the short staff situation, but when I ask if another cashier can ring me up I’m not expecting a shrug of the shoulders in a “idgaf” manner. How extremely unprofessional and outright disgraceful. If you want an in and out I highly recommend avoiding peak hours. I’m not mad at the cashier giving his client undivided attention; I’m flabbergasted by the reaction to my simple request. Do NOT waste your time. If others enjoyed their experience, hats off to you. The DC location and Chevy chase location will serve you much better.

Andy is very knowledgeable in the tech center so polite and generous with his time to assist all my technology needs and is a real asset to the company I'm truly blessed to have met him. He has fixed both my printer and computer and explained well. He is really patient and able to work well with me and it's so sweet to be able to rely on him at Staples that he's able to work with me with the busy environment as he helps me He stays calm too and keeps the professionalism in the workplace

Great visit with this Staples location over Labor Day weekend. Checkout was a little time-consuming, but that's because the employee operating the checkout was insistent on ensuring I got all the deals/ discounts possible/ available for my large purchase (all packing-related supplies and materials). I appreciated the employee's intentions, and the store had all the necessary supplies I needed.

I ordered a poster for pickup. The order was wrong and when I explained the employee offered no solutions. He didn’t offer to reprint, just told me not to use the online service. I had to call corporate for a refund. Mistakes happen, but being offered no solution is bad customer service.

Great service in the tech department of the Chevy Chase/Bethesda Staples. The assistant store manager and i.t. guru went above and beyond to get a locked computer up and running. Really an impressive effort that took weeks.
