Called several times, at different times over a week, and the phone just rang and rang. No voicemail kicked in, so I couldn't leave a message. Very strange. Was it closed for vacation? Also, get a website so that customers can email you. Is this business still operating? If not, remove your outdoor sign.

I’ve been going to Brian for all my computer fixins for 15 years now! He’s extremely knowledgeable and an all around awesome guy. If you have trouble contacting him, just go to his office and open the door if it says “open”! He’s very lax and friendly and he’s got a customer for life here.

Took my kids laptop in in 2020 got it back and the problem wasn't corrected. Paid 300 for the repair. Returned it and hes had d for over a yr now with calls from him that he was waiting on a part. It would be ready by so and so date... he'll call me when it's ready and I never hear from him. Got this run around for several months. I've been trying to call him and leave messages and I stop by the place and it's always closed during posted open hours so for over a year now I have not gotten my laptop fixed or have my money returned to me and I can't get a hold of the guy. I don't even know if this business is still in operation

Brian of JBS is knowledgeable w/all electronics. I,'ve had him repair old p/c, build new ones & guided me when purchasing w/ recommendations. Reasonable rates for service. All my electronic issues are solved by a visit!
