Here’s a revised version of your statement: "This establishment is unprofessional and lacks quality service. I brought my Xbox here for repair, and the owner assured me it would be fixed in 2-3 days. On the third day, nearing the close of business, I called for an update. When I inquired about the status, the owner was extremely rude, responding, 'It's not ready. What, do you expect me to call you every day or something?' I calmly explained that while I didn't expect daily updates, I did anticipate being informed if the repair wasn't completed within the promised timeframe. Several more days passed, and when I asked again, the owner admitted he couldn't provide any estimate for when the Xbox would be fixed. Throughout the week, I experienced terrible customer service—calls were ignored, I was hung up on, and I was spoken to in the most disrespectful manner. Ultimately, I retrieved my Xbox, which had never been repaired, and took it to another business. Unfortunately, the damage done at the first establishment made it beyond repair. I strongly advise against using this business. You will regret it."

Called there to get a price quote and the man who answered just said hello no name of company stated or annything and I asked if this is a computer repair company. He says yes with a pause then I finally asked how much would it cost to fix a cracked laptop screen. He replied $150 and up and more for Mac Book. I waited for him to ask what type of computer I had but he didn’t. So I said well how do u determine if it’s more than $150 he mumbled something about a brother company(?). Nevertheless unprofessional right of the bat and didn’t seem interested in helping a new customer. I will definitely spend my money else where. Just disappointing

I got my 55 inch tv fixed at Executive Electronics right before Thanksgiving and I must say their service was top notch. Service was fast, affordable and high quality. Definitely will go back to them in the future for my electronic repairs. Highly recommended.

This place is a RIP off!! Took $40 for a diagnostic on my television told us it was two TVs in front of us but we would know something by the next day it's been two weeks and they still have my tv!!! And everytime I call I get the run around and get told they will call me back in a few hours which has yet to happen so they either don't know what they're doing or they have stolen my TV and sold it to someone else either way we're out of a TV and $40..
