I went in today to get my battery replaced in my phone. I initially spoke with Angel over the phone before coming in and Davis helped me once I got to the store. They were both very helpful and provided excellent customer service! My phone was fixed in less than 2 hours and is in excellent condition. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone in need of phone repair. 10/10 Thanks again!

GM I want thank Elise for her excellent and knowledgeable assistance with getting my replacement phone activated. I had spoken with 2 other technicians and neither of them could assist me with activation of my phone. KUDOS TO Elise, for getting my phone to work on the first try. First off I was told the store would be open on Sunday once there it was closed and I waited they never opened this store that day it should have been known to customer service before sending consumers to brandywine location . second I had problems once I returned to the same store the next day i was told they could see i had an appointment but was not in their system because i purchased my subscription through another company Mccafee who sets you up with Asurion and swears by their business and how they could help so I purchase it because it still was an asuruion subscription. Since these to companies are helping one another this should have been straight when they set up an agreement with teach other so that you the consumer dose not have to go through the Hassel. Once again i left without service after staying on the phone with both companies they finally came to a way to get the service I needed for my laptop tune up. After 5 day Hassel and driving back and forth I finally got the service i needed for my laptop. I was not impressed with the service at first but I'm sure it will improve in time because they did do all they could to resolve the problem and for that I thank them for fixing my claim and laptop.
