uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

So far, our family took 3 of our devices to be repaired at this shop. Each time, they did a really good job of diagnosing and fixing the problems each device had. The communication is really excellent- they kept us up-to-date on the status of repair via text messaging and emails. They gave us approximate dates when repairs would be done and ready for pickup. The service is excellent; the front desk staff are professional, pleasant, and helpful. I am happy to do a really good review instead of a poor review! Keep up the great work!

Friendly attentive and reassuring. My 15 yo was freaking out when her 1 year old iPhone 13 died and would not come on. I was looking for a cheaper but reliable solution other than the many mom and pop shops that do phone repair but you never know what to expect and I certainly wasn't going to pay Apple ~$350+ for a phone repair so I decided to give them a shot. The woman who did my intake was patient courteous and realistic about my expectations and answered all of my questions. The gentleman that did the repair was also super friendly knowledgeable and courteous. We also need to have a laptop repaired and will definitely be returning to have that work done as well. I rarely right such lengthy reviews but when you're good you're just good. 12 out of 10. Don't go anywhere else for your device repairs!

I love this place. I have them replace my screen protector every time I drop my phone (which happens more than I’d like to admit). The people there are super nice and really good at putting screen protectors on, perfectly aligned and no bubbles. On my most recent visit Monique Smothers helped me, and she was just great. A really lovely person and she did a terrific job. Seems trivial to get this excited about something as mundane as a screen protector, but it’s precisely these everyday experiences that give me hope for humankind.

Excellent service. Made an appointment online and when I arrived, the solutions expert, Monique was very welcoming. Patiently listened to my reason for stopping by(cracked LCD phone). Took all info necessary and gave me a timeframe to be back. I received a text when my phone was fixed! Great customer service.

Brought my husband's phone in because it wouldn't charge with the cord. They diagnosed the issue and ordered a new charging port. Part came in and phone works again!. Very professional. Will definitely be letting others know about Ubreakifix Thank you. Libby
