I went to two different uBreakiFix locations. The first store was 519 Quince Orchard Rd. I gave them my phone on Sunday, February 16th; they told me that it was a chance that they would not be able to fix my phone. So, I called the store on Monday(next day) around noon and the rep. told me my phone would be ready by 3pm. At almost 2pm the store calls me and says that they are unable to fix my phone and they need a 5g screen to be compatible to what I have in the phone. They gave me a 4 day turnaround to fix my phone and I called another store and they confirmed on the phone that they had a 5g screen to fix the phone. On my way to the next store I noticed on the side of my phone by the power button, the back case had a broken piece missing around the power button and the button wasn't sealed in properly. I called the store and told them that they did a bad job of putting the phone back together and all he said was Sorry,, he said that the piece around the button broke when he had the phone; he never mentioned that to me when I came to pick up the phone and I had to call him to get his story. I feel like he didn't work carefully and broke that piece of plastic around the button. I would like a new back cover replacement. Thank You

Amazing service! I came in with a charging issue on my phone that lead to my phone dying. They promptly conducted a few checks before laying out a few solutions. I could either try and replace the charging port (which would be significantly expensive with the other required fixes on my phone) or they could order an external port and try to power on the phone so I could transfer my data to a new phone. They outlined pros, cons, and costs of the options and we placed an order for the external port to try option 2. They were able to charge my phone once the part came in and saved me a lot of time and additional expenses. Kind, friendly, and diligent service all around!

They worked fast checking in was easy and convenient. came in with an insurance repair and 2 hours later my phone screen was like new.

Easy repair replacing my charging jack in my Dell Inspiron laptop. I supplied the part, they installed because I did not want to be without the laptop while the part was shipped. Courteous, efficient. Drop off 11 am Pick up 3 pm. They seem to handle almost any repair or problem. I would recommend.

Bill did a wonderful job fixing my phone in a very short time period. I’m thrilled with the service in the ubreakifix store. But it took over 90 minutes to get the authorization to fix the phone from the Verizon phone service. Verizon Wireless even dropped my call once!
