They not only fixed my broken screen protector fast, they noticed that the one installed at another place was for an iPhone 12 Pro Max; NOT my 13 Pro Max! The Fix - Montgomery Mall location is a goto place. A well run business, that’s honest & fast & has friendly staff. In a Mall loaded with options for repairs, they stand out as the best!

Most wonderful experience here. I have just come from a different country my ]hone with all my important details including banking had broken and I brought it to the Fix. They did a great job fixing it and also gave me a screen protector at no cost..lovely service overall. They are the real deal.

The Fix is not worth a place to fix your devices. The store has 1 or 2 people onsite every day which I don’t think that is enough for a lot of customers wanting to get their devices repaired. Cheap store maybe? The store prioritizes device repairs and sales instead of hiring enough respectful staff which at this point could be a violation of the Maryland Labor laws. This store discriminates against people racially, according to some reviews (i was not one of them, so good for me i guess). This is NOT how life in this nation works today. Additionally, this store prohibits people from checking up on their device during repair. In December 2023, 30 minutes into my Apple watch screen repair, Fesih, a device repair specialist, wouldn’t let me check up on how my repair is going without yelling at me very rudely by telling me to not disrupt him or he will throw the watch back at me without refund. I was going to see how the repair was going but apparently we can’t do that?!? What if my watch broke during the repair? Would I not be able to check up on it? Regardless if he did throw it back at me or not, I would've reported this to human resources or the BBB because this is NOT how staff should treat customers. Additionally, while this company advertises that there are trusted experts for you to fix your device, I don’t see this being right… This store also discriminates against customers by not doing repairs an hour before closing. Some of us have jobs and schedules we can’t take off during the week. If we want to fix a device shouldn’t there be a schedule for when they can be repaired? Lastly, the only good thing about this store is Atilla, because he is a very nice and fair person. I'm also glad that despite of all this, my watch screen has been replaced and has worked ever since. If I wanted to repair my devices, either I would find another store, or waste my own time repairing it myself, because this is not the place to do it. Good riddance.
