Great local business! My Thinkpad had a motherboard problem that required a bit more work than I usually do repairs with. BoonPC was able to find an OEM replacement and install it with a new fan. Prices were transparent and forthright, and they were in contact with me through the whole process. They even replaced the tape I used to cover some of the chipped plastic on the side—good attention to detail!

Boon PC has resolved every PC issue I have brought up. They know how to fix issues and have worked wonders for two PCs that I thought had no more life in them. Boon PC has fixed two computers for me, which is amazing because both of them had serious issues, including broken screens and running issues. I heartily recommend them. I used to go to Geek Squad, and Boon PC is far better and far more expert.

The fan on my 2015 Lenovo ThinkPad E550 had been failing. I had previously purchased the part that needed to be replaced. Upon consulting with a number of computer repair shops who could not do it because the part needed to be soldered to the motherboard and that they could not do it and received quotes ranging from $175 - $300 from shops that could do the repair. I then called BoonPC. The tech (I'm very sorry that I did not get his name) told me that he not only could do the repair in less than a day, but that it would cost me nearly $100 less than what other firms were charging. My laptop is back up and running thanks to BoonPC!

These guys saved my laptop that was not switching on as a result of water damage. They have a clear/competitive pricing structure and after the repair (on time, as promised), the technician explained exactly what was involved - I had no gaps in my understanding and was very appreciative. Highly recommended.
