What a professional and amazing staff !!! I just went walk in got an appointment soon and the technician solve my problem in no time. I am amazed by the number of tehcnician there ( around 20) which shows how the company well staffed the store so that the customer is treated well and in time. Good job Apple

I had a disappointing experience with customer support regarding multiple issues with my device, including battery drainage, overheating, and intermittent Bluetooth connectivity. I had an appointment with Mr. Justin, the service representative, at 6:50 PM. He ran diagnostics and acknowledged the physical damage to the device. However, he informed me that since it was a Bluetooth issue, I needed to speak with the service department. Mr. Justin called service from my phone and handed the phone to me. I spoke with a representative who spent considerable time addressing my concerns. Eventually, I was transferred to a senior tech advisor, Mr. Blue, who advised me to return to the store's service tech. In the end, they concluded that they couldn’t fix the device. Unfortunately, my issues remain unresolved, leading me to decide against purchasing an additional device.

They do a good job of triage and getting you to the right associate. Plenty of products so you can get hands-on. A bit cool on the day I was there. Schedule your Genius Bar appointment well in advance.

I walk in and I have an awesome exceptional customer service and support! I was blessed to have Thundra, welcomes us and signing us up and my technical advisor was Jenson, is off the charts customer focused and knowledge that he clearly possesses. And the technician the fix my son phone was patient and helpful. customer is treated well and in time. I wouldn't hesitate to chose this Apple Store for all my needs! Simply the best customer servive good job Thank you Iris👏 👍...

I had an appointment at the Apple Store for 6:15 PM to fix my phone. I was initially told the wait time would be around 10 minutes, but after waiting for 30 minutes, l asked a representative for an update. I was then informed that I wouldn't be seen anytime soon due to a large number of people waiting. It's frustrating to have made an appointment and still experience such a lack of organization and transparency. If wait times are going to be significantly longer, customers should be informed upfront so they can plan accordingly. This experience did not meet the level of service I expect from Apple.
