The shop has a wide variety of stocks of all Apple products and accessories... The apple Bethesda raw store is located at Bethesda Ave, Bethesda Raw downtown...the store is providing quick service and staff are knowledgeable.....the size of the store is little less compared to main stores but it doesn't limit the wide collection of products and accessories....The staff is very friendly and helpful....it is a convenient option for Apple product support and purchases.....

I usually go to a different Apple Store, but this store had an earlier appointment open. My Apple Watch died and would not charge. After speaking to an Apple Advisor on the phone, I went to the Genius Bar in order to determine if the charger itself may have been defective. Immediately, Gabby, in a very condescending way, told me there was nothing wrong with the charger and that for $200, Apple would be happy to replace my watch. Not completely satisfied with this, I asked to speak to a senior advisor, who are called Geniuses in the stores. As we were speaking, lo and behold, my watch started charging. I then asked this (name unknown) Genius how long it might take for the indicator on the watch to turn from red (under a certain percentage) to green. He began to spew out some technical jargon which included the phrase 30 minutes. As he was speaking the indicator changed from red to green. Where does Apple get these people and who trains them. I will NEVER go this store again.

I've had nothing but great experiences at this Apple Store location. The staff is always friendly and knowledgable about products and processes. My business support specialist, Gerry is always helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Like many Apple Stores, the wait can be longer than expected during high peak times but is also helps to arrive with a bit of patience and a positive attitude.

Made an appointment online before coming. Don’t come earlier than 10 minutes to your appointment, you’ll be waiting anyway. The service tech was knowledgeable and explained everything including the Apple warranty coverage. Since my Mac was water damaged, I had to pay the $299 deductible. It’s going to take a little over a week to get the laptop fixed. Overall an easy experience.
