I have used WyatTech for laptop and desktop repairs for our home computers for over 5 years now. Recently, I was gifted a new graphics card for Christmas and called Nick to see if he could make sure it would work, etc. We talked about options and he helped me build out a new PC that would work with the new graphics card as well as within my budget. If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would. Took my dead laptop to Nick, who did confirm it was dead after a thorough diagnostic. He suggested a comparable replacement, taking into consideration my criteria, and provided a link to the new laptop. I purchased the new one and took it straight to him from the store. He was able to recover all my files and get them on the new one plus get my mouse to work, and more. He diligently went over all my logins and got everything up-to-speed on the new laptop. I could not be more pleased. Nick was so knowledgeable and professional and the turn-around time was great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I could not be happier with finding Nick and Wyat Tech. And the cost was very reasonable!!

Had Nick build my PC. Turned out great. Would recommend to anyone interested in having their PC custom built to go to WyatTech. Thank you again for your services! Edit (8/20/24): Going to have to reduce two stars for a lack of communication on some various issues I discovered via Bluetooth which I promptly called Nick and asked for him to call me back multiple times which he did not. I even offered him further $ as compensation to look at the issues I am facing but no response. I also became aware that the original build did not have the correct amount of Lian Li Fan controllers installed for the amount of fans I had connected. Will update back to 5 stars if things are worked out.
