I have know Juvix since Jr High, always has been a stand up guy....even when he's sitting down. My phone needed a new screen, I had it back within a week and the cost was amazingly reasonable. Will definitely use him again in the future.

I dropped off my laptop with the following parts provided. Parts provided Charging port. Heatsync Fan. Battery 2TB Western digital ssd (2) Sticks 32 GB of ram 2 1/2 TB Western digital hardrive Palmrest Bottom cover Within a little over two weeks they returned my laptop back to me after making all my requested repairs and upgrades. I spent far less than I expected for the labor. The quality work they performed on my laptop will enable me to get another few years of use, and they saved me from spending lots of money to buy a new laptop.

They will fix your computer, but do not expect timely or quality customer service. I was quoted 5-7 business days turnaround time for a USB connection problem with my laptop. After 2 weeks with no update, I called to check up - I was promised a phone call the next day, but didn't hear back. I called the next week - was told they were waiting for a part and they would call me back on Friday or Saturday. Never heard back. I ended up calling FOUR times for an update, always with a call back promised on a specific day, but never got a call back. This includes the last phone call, where I finally (politely) expressed my frustration with the poor communication and long time of service. This time I was told they would speak with the supervisor on my behalf, and would call me back that same day - which of course did not happen. After all is said and done, it took them 6 weeks to fix my computer. Absolutely ridiculous. I guess to their credit, they gave me a $15 discount on labor?.. but with the poor customer service and huge inconvenience to me, as a small business owner, a $15 discount is disappointing and almost insulting. They get 2 stars because they were always friendly and never rude with me over the phone, but my experience with them was not a good one.

Juvix Tech Guys Is your emergency urgent care facility for all electronics including computers, gaming systems, phones etc., My computer went out during college finals and i had no back up computer to complete a 6 page essay that was due in less then 10 hours. I went to Juvix and they diagnosed the situation and provided a timely resolution.
