I had a very bad experience here. He replaced the screen on my phone but kept a sensory part of my phone, so when it was supposed to be fixed. It kept cutting off every three minutes. I paid $230 for fixing and for a case. I came back for a refund which I was given much attitude about. I was scared. Because I didn’t do anything wrong and I hate confrontation. I took it to the other cellphone repair store in the same mall. They said that my “sensory part was missing. I went back to cellax to get it and he gave it to me knowing he unlawfully kept parts of my iPhone smh. Felt like a total scam. i wasn’t rude about anything but he was upset when I came back for a refund. I think it’s wrong to scam people out of hard working money. If you can not provide the service then be honest. This kiosk maybe shouldn’t be here. People don’t deserve to go through a headache and dishonest services. I was here for about two hours waiting on him to fix my phone and to be sure it was okay before I went somewhere else. I paid about $20 more elsewhere but it was worth it. I was finished and fixed in 15 minutes. This mishap with this business took up almost 2 hours of my day. Best of luck.

This place isn't good as everyone is saying. First and foremost he only fixes iPhone quick and fast Only iPhones no ready nor prepared for anything else no Samsung no other android. I tested him twice he said he gotta order android that's not good business. He's in our neighborhood getting our money he should be prepared for all not some or certain.

I went to get my phone fixed at this location about a month ago when I tell y'all they have great customer service reasonable prices 💙💙💙

I dropped my son’s iPad off and Mike fixed it in a little over an hour and it’s back to working perfectly. They are fast and professional Update*** A week later the home button completely sank in and slid over. I took it back and it was supposed to be fixed instead I was handed a iPad with the button not fixed or properly adjusted and in place I was told the button had to be ordered and come back in a week. I returned in a week and was told the button could not be fixed by the worker and to come back the next day however I did not. This is ridiculous I I paid for a fixed iPad which I did not receive and told be told to keep coming back when it should have at least been fixed the second time is crazy. Now have to find another place and pay again to have it repaired so not go there for repairs!!

Syed is EXTREMELY HELPFUL. I’ve broken my phone screen more times than I care to speak about and each time he’s fixed it within minutes and for a very reasonable amount! Secondly my phone freezes up constantly and each time I come to him he not only fixed it but does it for FREE! His service is amazing highly recommended! He also demonstrated for me how to unreeze my phone ( guess he’s sick of seeing me 😂😂😂😂) Cellaxs phone Repair!!!!!
