Incredibly good customer service and the most open and honest repair shop I've ever come across. I took my phone in for a new screen and when it turned out the cracks were only on my screen protector, I was given a refund on my deposit and just had to pay the diagnostic fee. That's more than fair after they went through the trouble of ordering the screen and picking it up from the warehouse. They could've made almost 200 dollars off me for something I didn't need but chose to be open and honest with me. This is the kind of business we need more of! I'll be recommending this shop to everyone I know!

This small business is wonderful. My old Samsung notebook 10 finally started glitching. In 20 min, I was able to get a diagnosis, the cost of a possible fix ($170), the probability the fix would work (70%) and if the fix didn't work, I'd only be charged $45. Since I decided to buy a new phone elsewhere, he said he would not charge me anything for my visit! All the while, he was extremely professional and kind. Consider Cell Fix at Plaza del Mercado next time your phone needs work.
