We visited tonight to ask for screen replacement on a Nintendo switch. The technician who helped us told us the crack was on the tempered glass screen protector (we didn't know we had one on there) and that he would remove it to check damage to the screen. He did this in front of us and immediately realized the screen was fine. He told us we just needed a new screen protector. We appreciated the honesty and transparency! We will be back again if we ever need repairs.

Unreliable, unprofessional, complete waste of time. Dropped off my laptop that was not powering up on a Saturday, was told 1-3 days to diagnose it. After no communication on their part, returned on Friday to check in. Was told by the manager or owner I’m assuming that his tech started looking at it last night. He was due in at 12 and would have him call me that afternoon. Fair. Fast forward to Monday, radio silence. Returned again to hear haven’t gotten around to it yet, had a lot of turnover of techs lately and backed up. Marked it priority and someone would call me later that day. I’m sure you can guess what comes next.. yup no call, no priority, no care whatsoever. Returned next day(Tuesday-10 days after dropped it off!!) late in the afternoon. Same excuses of being backed up and not being able to get around to it. If this is priority treatment, can only imagine what regular treatment is. Here’s the kicker: no apology, no sense of remorse nothing! Just an overwhelmed store operator with zero customer service skills and no idea what to do. If you can’t take on more jobs then flat out tell me from day one, not 10 days later. A simple sorry or even just an ounce of remorse would have saved you from this review.

Tech was very nice and polite; however they cooked my phone and now it's bricked. It's very frustrating to go to a facility that is approved by my phone provider and to have the phone rendered useless within a few hours of getting it back. A simple screen fix/replacement should NOT be frying my phone's GPU and battery so hard I could cook an egg on its surface. Next time I'll just file the full claim and skip the repair store altogether.

Spent a half hour waiting to pick up my phone, because the staff couldn't process the repair in their POS system. Also, wireless charging now doesn't work correctly. I had the battery replaced 2 years ago, and it worked fine until recently. The battery swells and interferes with charging, which should have stopped with the new battery. The response from the store is a joke. "We'll tell the team." You also can tell them they cost all of your stores a customer for life.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: Please be careful when they mention asurion home plus. I asked the employee about certain specifics and he explicitly said it would cover my current repair. I decide to call asurion directly afterwards and they say that the benefits kick in a month after, meaning that it would in fact NOT BE COVERED. I dont know about all the employees, but the gentlemen I had did not just mislead me, but effectively LIED to get his commission bonus. It can also be tough to get a refund from home plus, so please avoid it altogether. Especially if you are someone who is older and less technologically inclined. This gentleman also did not mention that you have to file a claim and that they can in fact reject your claim if they deem it so. So if you seem like someone who is not that knowledgeable with things like computers, they will probably do worse to get you on that plan. Save your money good people of Maryland. And save your time.
