STAPLES Annapolis, MD, is excellent--their team is always ready and willing to help ... reach out to you to see what you need and how they can help. And their Printing Tech is superb, David. Never have a doubt that whatever I need office-supply-wise, they'll make sure I get it right.

Easy way to get items from your store and then safely get them to your home. By using the app and having Staples hold the items at their store you can rest assured that you will receive them safely and have no worries about “porch pirates”!

Out of all of the copy, print and office supply retail locations I have visited the Staples in Annapolis is the best. Really amazing customer service, especially when it comes to their printing services. Highly recommend

This store seems to be a slightly better shopping experience than others. Ended up finding deals on a computer desk and chair by hovering daily online then using the store price match for online pricing to get the discount. In the instance with the chair store pricing was even better and proved to be a better deal than other options. One store clerk in particular was very helpful even after like my forth time asking questions then leaving without buying anything. Fifth time I picked it up though 😁 Guess the point here is give them a look.

Cashier rude brought my own bags, required unless purchasing bags. He refused to bag my items and rudely walked away to take other customers at another cash register without saying one word to me. I immediately went to my car and had to call the manager regarding this employee. It is bad enough that we are required to bring bags, since the stores have found a way to make money by selling bags for 10 cents each in this poor economy. Customer service is now horrible everywhere.
