Brought in an HP laptop told them the port probably needed to be replaced. Waiting a week after prepaying there diagnostic fee… no word. Called them and they said they might get to it Friday, Friday they called and said they “cleaned it out” and it was working fine. Got it home and it was dead again. Wouldn’t even turn on…. Today after fiddling with it I got the cord in just the right spot and it charged again. Still not charging like it should, port not replaced. Feel like they don’t really want to work on laptops and they didn’t even look at it. Not recommended 48 bucks for them to give it back to me not fixed.

I brought my daughters phone in today after she broke the charger off in her port. This place was wonderful! Customer service was exceptional and he had it fixed within a minute! I won't he bringing my phones anywhere but here! Prices were more than affordable too!

I thought for certain I'd broken my phone screen. Techy's name was mentioned when I went to my mobile provider and I remembered seeing a pretty amazing story about the origination of this place so I decided to pay a visit. Turns out, it was only my screen protector that had taken the hit. The sweet girl who assisted me pointed that out in a gentle way that it really was that simple. $20 later, a tech installed a replacement and I'm a devoted follower. Go, Techy!!! (And, I'm pretty happy your folks saw your potential and put it into action for all of us!)

Called TECHY Waterville in the moring to asked if they would clean out the charge port in my phone, and if it was something that could be done while I wait. They said that it was not a problem and no appointment was necessary. I went in on my lunch break and was greeted and helped promptly and was on my way. Great service friendly people and lots of tech goodies to look at. I will be back, thank you.

I have purchased several phones from techy and have gone in to get help with using the phone. I have had nothing but great service every time. Polite and patient individuals who are willing to work on whatever the issue is, till there is a satisfactory resolution.
