Wanted to replace old inkjet printer with a monochrome laser printer and found a good deal at Staples, but the one that I took home was the wrong one and had to bring it back but I realized that I didn't need a fancy printer and traded down and the customer service team helped me find the right one and treated me right! I’ve never understood Staples easy reward program. In the past, when I have tried to redeem them, they have already expired. When I went to buy printer cartridges the other day, the cashier explained it to me. It would also be helpful to have an email explaining the reward system from home, Thank you for considering!
