I needed help with my Apple mini phone because the battery kept overheating. Julia helped me and she was great. The rest of the staff was great also. They replaced my battery and now my phone doesn’t overheat. I’m not nervous about it dangerously overheating now. The price was good and I wish we had the option of tipping the workers. I would have given Julia a big tip. Will definitely go there again for any concerns.

This place is fantastic! I scheduled an appointment, and drove 35 minutes to get there, when I got there, they didnt have my appt showing, but the young man quickly jumped into action and got me in at my appt time, because I has a confirmation text. Nick, who waited on us, was so friendly and kind and took care what we needed fixed.

Apple Care made us an appointment at the Apple Store to get my daughter’s iPad fixed or replaced after already approving such. At the appointment the associate helping us said he had to speak to his manager to move forward. The manager (Tori Johnson) if that’s his real name, treated us with such disrespect blaming us for damaging the iPad multiple times among telling us “maybe you should teach your daughter how to use the iPad the right way” along with disagreeing with what AppleCare already told us over the phone. He made these statements multiple times tearing me like I’m a dysfunctional human being! Coming from a successful local small business owner, I’m absolutely disgusted with his behavior as a store manager and even a man!!

Do not bother with apple. Their AppleCare plus is a joke. You spend hundreds on it for them to not fix it and make it right when something goes wrong. Do better Apple. Had to go to ifixit to repair my screen now im out of a 300 warranty. Thanks a lot. Never buying Apple again.

Yesterday, October 28, I called the Apple Store and stated my MacBook that I purchased in the spring of 2023 froze after putting my password in to use it. They connected me to a technician to assist me in fixing the problem. It took seconds for Matt to answer as he introduced himself and helped me with my problem. He did a great job explaining steps I had to take to get the computer working. In less than 30 minutes he had the MacBook up and running. I have absolutely NO regrets at purchasing an Apple MacBook which had been running beautifully until then. I am so thankful for the service and patience this young man showed towards me that I really appreciate.
