We have used Aroostook Technologies Service for many years and always been very satisfied. Well worth the price! Technicians have been such supports when we elders don’t know how to do something with our computer. They were always available to me for advice when my husband was in Iraq for 1 year and the computer was our only means of communication. Thank you AT!

Being new to Aroostock County, and Maine for that matter. I had no reference as to who could help with my computer problems. My research took me to Aroostock technologies. The receptionist was pleasant and knowledgeable but I must say Tony was just the person I needed to solve my issues. By offering options I was able to choose what worked for me. The cost was fair and my expectations were fulfilled. You got a computer problem go see Tony you won't regret it.

Aroostook Technologies has been our ISP for over 15 years. We've been very pleased with their service and have absolutely no complaints. Their staff is on the ball, courteous, knowledgeable, professional. If you need to ring them, a real live rep answers the phone (none of this holding on forever while some recording tells you to wait all while assuring you how "important" your call is to them). If you must call after business hours for anything urgent, a tech is always on-call and usually responds within minutes. If you need any assistance, a tech will either walk you through to resolve the issue or will go directly to your home to troubleshoot and fix the problem. And btw, even though we live in a heavily wooded area in Mapleton, picture quality is great and quick changing from channel to channel. So, I highly recommend ATI to anyone, an all around excellent service provider.

I have had a great experience with Aroostook Technologies. If I ever have a question or need to manage my plan someone, a person located in Aroostook County, always answers the phone. If there are service disruptions we receive a notice about the disruption and a notice when the problem has been fixed. Also, importantly, the wi fi service itself is excellent.
