Great place! Arrived early for our appointment and they got us right in! Our phone company hadn’t updated some info that they should have and they worked quickly to get that straightened out and then our repair completed. Great service and highly recommend!

Had a laptop issue that another company hadn't fixed, but given me an excuse, and the problem finally got worse till my computer couldn't function. Brought it to uBreakiFix and they were on the computer instantly looking up parts before I left, agreeing I'd been scammed. Told me it might be a week or more, but it was a matter of days. I felt so confident I had them fix a secondary issue. Both hardware issues. They charged me upfront. I'll go back without doubt for future problems.

I paid around 30$ for a screen protector installation for my galaxy s24 ultra and they took my phone in the back room to do the installation because they said they had to cut the glass to fit my screen exactly and it took about 20 minutes to complete but after leaving and using the phone for an hour or two I noticed that the screen protector isn't even protecting my entire screen. There are gaps on both sides but the right side of my phone has the biggest Gap between the screen protector and the edge of my screen. I'm going to include photos so everyone can see what I'm talking about and no I don't want them to redo my screen protector because they obviously didn't do it the correct way the first time it I'd rather not have my phone handled and taken into a back room by people that don't even know how to install a screen protector.

Everything was seamless! They called me seconds after I hit the submit button on my claim. They were able to get me in ASAP. When I dropped by phone off, they told me it would take about 45 minutes. I got a text 27 minutes later to let me know my phone was fixed! Both people I dealt with were very friendly and knowledgable!

Came in with 2 broken Nintendo switches, was ready to replace one or both entirely. Turns out, both had a relatively quick and cheap fix, they fixed one in 5 seconds for free! Sent me off with good information on finding a replacement part.
