Excellent service. My computer needed a new CPU cooling unit and they took the time to source one locally, clean the machine, and get it all done within a reasonable amount of time WELL before I was expecting. Reasonable pricing as well. Jared was very helpful over the phone with all my questions and making my situation feel like a priority.

Maybe I hit them on a bad day. Wanted help installing my old Office 2016 discs on a new laptop. The guy basically said it's not possible (when their shop had one year ago did "the impossible" on the exact same model laptop). He did a few quick googles and gave me some things to try on my own which I started doing at the shop there while I had internet. Then I asked if he could help get my files from google drive to be backed up on my new laptop so I could access them online. He said "just install google drive for desktop" which I told him I already did. I told him I could leave the laptop with him because I apparently hadn't done the installation correctly. His only reply was "I guess you didn't." At that point I just walked out. Like I said, maybe I hit them on a bad day but I found their customer service atrocious.

Dropped off a Lipton at this place and they have not gave it back for over three weeks now. Just fake promises to fix it in a couple of days. Now we just wasted a whole bunch of time and going to end up getting my computer back broken

Needed a new fan for my two year old HP Envy. They were easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Making an appointment to bring it in was simple. Not even an hour after they'd received the new fan they ordered for it, they had replaced the old one and it was ready to go. My laptop runs just like new again! Really excellent service and I highly recommend them.

Needed a MacBook repair, the Genius Bar was booked for days. These guys took my machine, ran the diagnostics, did the work, and it was running like a damn cheetah. Highest recommend.
