M&J PC Repair

I brought my broken phone to M&J repair after having 2 people reccomend them to me. I am so glad they did! Pricing was great, customer service was great, all around great experience! They already had my phone parts (screen) in stock so I got my phone back after an hour! I'm so pleased! I will recommend them to anyone and also will be back for any of my future phone issues!

I've brought my gaming laptop to M & J PC Repair before and it took some time, but it did get fixed. Less than a year later, my laptop started having similar issues and started making horrific noises which I assumed was a fan issue, so I called M & J PC Repair again to see if I could bring my laptop in to be looked at and I was told yes, but it was a long wait before it could be looked at. I was understanding of that, so I made the trip in to drop it off. However, when I brought my laptop by, the store was locked (lights on) and a note on the door said they would be back by 2:00pm. My husband and I hung around town to kill a couple of hours and we found ourselves back at M & J PC Repair by 2:20 and found the store locked and different note on the door saying they were gone for the day. This was not the first time I tried to stop in during their posted hours and found the store locked, but with lights on and a note on the door. It is frustrating and this last time, I gave up and supported a different local business which was much more reliable.

I used M&J for two things. One was my iPhone. The battery life of my phone was failing quickly and I found myself having to charge my phone by mid day. I called Matt and he had the battery in stock. I dropped it off at 9am and I had it back by 10. The battery life is as good as new. He also changed my cracked screen protector as an added bonus. Secondly, my personal lap top was extremely slow. They updated my system, removed viruses and educated me on my computer. All for a very modest fee! Certainly cheaper than going to Verizon or Best Buy for the repairs. I will use them for all my tech services. Thank you M&J!

After backing over my phone with my car , I was facing a 2 week wait to either get my phone back with a new screen or get a completely refurbished one of equal value through the phones insurance company. J & M got me my new screen and had my phone fixed and ready for me to use in 4 business days for just $40 more then the insurance company was gonna cost me.
