Had them fix my computer, I had good leads for them to fix it. Nothing was done. They freed up space and did a benchmark test. I expected the diagnostic to be a little more detailed and tell or show me where things are going wrong at least. I was also charged 57$ for a half hour of labor. The labor included reapplying thermal paste on the cpu. Honestly to me it wasn’t worth it. Because I still have the issue I came in with and left with a 107$ bill. Edit: When I got home the led screen and cpu cooler are no longer working. Screen shows no picture now. I believe I left a honest deserved review. Considering a diagnostic test is to find and fix a solution neither was done. I came in for a specific reason and it wasn’t resolved. I would have been happy if you guys could have at least found the issue and I could have fixed it. Now I still have no idea what’s going on.

I would just simply like to say my experience at the Computer Place shop was simply "Fantastic". I brought my computer in to have it checked out because windows had crashed and I could not log on so Jason said he would check it out and get back to me on it. The very next day I got a call that it was already to pick up. Justin had found the correct drivers that I needed to install windows 11 again. I found Justin to be professional, efficient, respectful and reliable plus he asked me if I was a senior citizen or a veteran and I said yes to both and he gave me a 10% discount. You can't beat that for a first time customer interaction. Thanks again Justin and to the Computer Place for a job well done.
