I had emailed before going in; he was very responsive and kind. Just as well as in person. My phone screen wouldn’t turn on due to water damage he made sure to give me a diagnostic and price estimates before proceeding with any repairs. He has a great customer service attitude he greets you with a welcoming smile and casual conversation. Thank you for fixing my phone as I use it for work and personal life. !! Started going to Solomon about 4 to 6 months ago. Have an iPhone 7 that I use for a medical device. Put a new screen on put a new battery in charge me for three different screensavers and a case that he said would alleviate the problem of my screen protector all of a sudden cracking. He said if I bought this iPhone case that he sold me for I can't remember if it was $30 or $40. It would alleviate it as it would cover the sides of the screen protector. Last week I noticed the screen protector was cracked again, went in and asked for a free screen protector since he said that this case would protect it. Guess there was nothing wrong with my case because it's cracked on this and you can put your fingernail all the way around and it doesn't cover the screen. Protector will not go there ever again

I was a walk in for information on malware as I thought my computer had been hacked. Solomon was so helpful , he checked my computer and determined I did not have an issue. He was excellent, professional and I highly recommend him.
