As others have said, this company is terrible. I found their practice to be deceptive. They ride the wins (repairs), and those who do not get repaired are ignored. Their technician flat out lied to me in my home about coming back. Instead, he closed the ticket, and they never called me. I called two weeks later to find this out, they refused to repair the issue or refund me the $200.00 fee. I do not mind paying the fee, but being lied to is where I draw the line. I would recommend another business and avoid giving Richard any of your time. Poor leadership, refusing to own and admit their communication failures, and policies are what you will deal with.

I had Chamberlain out to fix my Samsung TV. He was professional, prompt and very knowledgeable. I am impressed and thankful that he was able to fix my tv the same day. Great service and would highly recommend. Please give him a raise and praise. This is how all repair technicians should be.

Our Samsung tv had an issue and after a conversation with Samsung they scheduled a technician from ME/NH computer repair in Gray Maine to fix the problem. Chadwick was prompt and exceptionally courteous. I found him to be very knowledgeable and he was able to fix the problem. We experienced a level of customer service that is rare these days. Well done Samsung!

Had a great experience working with MNCS to fix and issue with my new Samsung microwave. It was covered under warranty and they took care of everything with Samsung. Their tech Dillon was on-time, very polite, and patient when walking me through the issue and how he was going to resolve it.

These guys fixed my tv a while back while it was under warranty for that I’m Thankful, however fast forward a year or two and the same exact part mysteriously goes. (That’s two power supplys / backlight nonsense in 3 years total.) now I can shrug off the manufacturers part being defective and it failing in the first year, that’s why there’s warranty’s sure, but it hasn’t been long since they fixed my tv and now it’s dead again. Not sure what kind of cheap parts were used but it shouldn’t be breaking this soon after. Tried calling them during Friday business hours, no answer. Emailed them about getting it repaired again. This time they won’t come here apparently, not to mention they want a 125$ deposit that I won’t get back if they don’t have parts to fix it, and if they do have the parts it’ll be close to $300 more to do the job. Which is more than the retail value of the tv at this point. Wouldn’t recommend anyone gets repairs here as they won’t last for long, once you’re out of the warranty window they will gauge you for anything they can . Buyer beware
