Business Overview
Staples offers printing services and products. The staff is typically helpful and the printing work has great quality. The customer service isn' you, but there can also be staff present, such as in the case of the Amazon returns. The staff has a great sense of urgency for some of the customers. They were able to find a desk chair that met their needs.

I’m beyond impressed and deeply grateful for the outstanding service and exceptional print quality provided by the team at this location. Curtis, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure my project—a pair of oversized foam-mounted prints and a set of color prints on specialty paper—was completed on time and with flawless results. His professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication throughout the process made all the difference. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and the final products. Highly recommended!

Curtis did a great job in printing. He was patient and helped me and multiple other customers. He was definitely very busy and could have used the help. Great employee and time management.

I have done business with Staples for more years than I can recall. I am typically asked if I need assistance. The staff is very helpful. If the person from whom I am seeking assistance does not have an answer they feel is sufficient, they seek additional help for me from another staff member. When I inquire about the best product for a project, or perhaps seek information about printers, computers, etc., I believe I have always had great suggestions. I am told the pros and cons about various products. This ranges from pens, refills, desks and chairs to paper products and even their printing service. Doing business with them helped keep my practice running as smoothly as possible with the best products available. Now that I am teaching full-time, I still depend on Staples for products in all of the categories I mentioned above, and others that I have not discussed. I did have occasion to return a desk chair because of a manufacturer's defect. The staff at Staples made the return seamless and painless. I have occasionally ordered from other vendors, but have not found the service, prices or quality of the products to be better than at Staples, and usually they are not as good.

Went in to this location tonight to drop off an Amazon return. Halfway to the return counter and the employee Jane YELLS at me that I need to get on the other side of the ribbon because that is the returns line. There was not a soul in line on either side of the ribbon. Just me trying to walk up to the return counter. Any attempt I made to speak were met with her yelling “Maam you need to line up on the other side of the ribbon!” I felt like I was on candid camera. Finally I told her I would just leave because how can an employee get away with acting like this? She then yelled “Bye!” With a snort. Just unreal and so upsetting. Who needs that? I was able to ask a different employee to help me with the return and I did call to speak with the manager but honestly he seemed pretty unfazed by it. I won’t be back to the Falmouth location as long as Jane works there-she has serious issues.

I don’t think staples is long for this world. We wanted to buy a new office chair (the nice LaZ boy one). The crabby associate told us they didn’t have it in stock and we’d have to order it online if we wanted it. So we comfortably sat in the chair at Staples, hopped on their customer WiFi and ordered the chair online - from Walmart.
