This staples is spacious, clean, and well organized when I went in. I was able to get everything I needed; especially at the copy and print section. I was able to get what I needed done by myself. How I could see the staff providing outstanding customer service for another customer’s printing needs! He was very patient with the customer who couldn’t understand the process of having to send an email and wait for a release code. The store is well stocked, and had all brands for computers and gaming chairs. Which is very convenient. Will be coming back or more office equipment needs.

Having a service contract for my partner's PC was invaluable for me today. As a Mac user, I couldn't figure out how to help him with a PC issue, so I brought it in to Staples and got immediate, successful attention! A positive experience!!

The staff at Staples are amazing, specifically the individuals working in the Printing department. I was worried about labels not being printed on time since I placed the order online after 12pm and it said it would be ready the NEXT day late afternoon. The person who picked up the phone was extremely kind and patient. A couple of hours later I got a voicemail that the labels were printed and ready. They went ABOVE and BEYOND because they really didn’t have to print them the same day. These were labels for chocolate bars I’ve made (viral Dubai Chocolate bars) for the children of friends & family. THANK YOU for making this HAPPEN! There were OooOs, Ahhs and a lot of mouth breathing. They were happy. “In Staples we all family” Customer service: 5/5 Quality of labels: 5/5

The person working at the printing station on 11/20/24 was battling a line of people, kept his cool and helped me solve my printer issue when attempting to print something at the self service printers. I had the wrong file type and he gave me great tips to get my stuff to print properly! Give this guy a raise!

Staples staff in Biddeford ME are amazing! I had to pick up an order but I had a sleeping toddler in my car and couldn't leave him to go in, so I requested someone to bring it out to me at the curb. Skye was amazing and agreed with no hesitation. I got my order and my grandson was safe. I am grateful. Thank you, Skye!
