I got my phone fixed by Maine Geeks in June because the back of my phone was cracked. Apparently they did not put the two screws that are supposed to go in the bottom of the phone by the charging port back in place allowing moisture to get in, inflate the battery and it pushed the screen off of the rest of the phone. The battery had to be replaced as well as the screws and the humidity had to be taken out of the phone. There were also screws inside the phone that were not screwed into anything. And when I was getting my phone repaired by them they told be they could have my phone fixed overnight so I would drive an hour and a half to Bangor only for it to not be fixed by the next day and I would have to go back an hour and a half home without my phone and leave it there for a week and then come back to pick it up when I really needed it for something and then drop it back off again and I think it took three or four times of me dropping it off and leaving it for a week or so for it to get fixed.

Considering my previous positive experience with their phone repair services, I had no hesitation in sending my laptop to them for the same. They’re an excellent shop, and I highly recommend them!

Just when I thought I was done for, then there came Maine Geeks. I thought I couldn’t get my laptop fixed but with Maine Geeks it was done. Their services are superb if I could give them a 10 ⭐️ rating I would. I recommended a few of my friends and Maine Geeks didn’t disappoint. Keep up the good works fellas.

Top tier phone and console repair. Big thanks to the guys in there for their hard work. I don't know anything about technology so to have them explain that what I was dealing with wasn't a major crisis as I thought... I'd pay double what I did just for the piece of mind they were able to give me.

SCAM !!!! RUN AWAY. Called about getting my iPhone camera replaced. Was told I needed to pre pay for the whole thing. I ended up calling apple and they said that he's not apple certified and that he is misinforming people that it doesn't matter if he is or not as long as he uses their parts. Also charged roughly $230 for a "restocking fee" even though the parts still haven't arrived. SCAM SCAM SCAM
