Friendly, knowledgeable, and they actually fix things. I brought my son's computer in for some upgrades. From the moment I checked in, I knew this was THE computer store to go to. Every interaction was positive. I even received calls and texts from them with updates on their progress. In the future, I will bring all of my family's computers to Computer Doctor for service. On the recommendation of a friend I contacted Computer Doctor to transfer files from my old computer to my new computer. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The people were professional and kind. Charlie is an awesome mascot! I will definitely reach out to them again for computer help or questions!

I did business with the prior company before. The Computer Doctor took over went in about 2 months after they took over purchased a $50 battery that I had credit 4 from the prior owners. They had no issue. Let me know do that I went back in. Almost a year later to use the rest of my $200 credit. And they told me that there's nothing they can do. They will not honor my. 200 some dollar try that. So I asked for the contact information of the prior owner. He gave me the email address. Would not give me the phone number. Days passed, did not hear back from him. The prior owner reach back out two computer doctor and he told me there's basically nothing he could do. All I am asking for is for somebody to honor it's something happened. That was promised to me. I don't want cash. I would just like credit. I spent well over $3000 in the past. In the store to be treated like this. I will never go back. I never recommend. Anyone attend this business
