On December 28th, we discovered that someone had broken into our store and had stolen our computer which contained over 7 years of work and personal documents. This Wednesday, we got a call from Monroe PD telling us that they had the suspect from our robbery in custody. My husband asked the detective if he could inquire about our computer, which he did, and was able to discover that it had been discarded into a ditch. They located our computer, and we were able to pick it up that day. Now, this computer was found in standing water, and we weren't sure if we would be able to recover anything off of the hard drive. Even though they were short staffed Lindsey allowed us to drop the computer off with them and Mike was able to recover what appears to be all of our files and even some video footage and pictures of our son which I thought were lost forever. Words can not express how grateful we are to Mike and to God for this blessing! I would highly suggest that you bring any computer related issues to A+ Computer Specialists! 5 stars is not a high enough rating for the service that we have received!

The staff was great. They honestly answered my questions. They worked fast. Was very affordable pricing. I was totally shocked by the way the business was operated. Great business. Won't use anyone else again, except A+.

I brought my new laptop here because after a few weeks of using it I was getting an overheating warning. The company kept it for almost a week just to tell me that I shouldn't use the computer on a blanket. I'm sure they were thorough in checking all the problems that it had, but they charged me $50 to tell me not to use it on a blanket instead of giving me a break. That is their company policy that I agreed to when I left the computer there, so I can get over that. However, after I got my computer back I started noticing that the plastic on the corner of the computer would pop each time I opened and closed it and it was never fully closed on the side to protect the inside. I didn't think anything of it and kept using it until I started to hear little pieces of plastic rolling around inside of the computer when I picked it up or moved it around. I got a family member to look inside the computer to find that the plastic that keeps everything in place on that corner had been shattered. I took it back to this business to explain that I thought something might have happened during its stay here, and instead of looking at my file immediately to see if they had noted any damage to the computer before they serviced it, they said they'd have to look and get back with me in a day or so. At a computer repair place, how ancient does their filing system have to be to take that long to look at my file? There were no other customers there having to wait. They offered to let me leave it again to fix it, but again they were going to charge me at least $50 (plus more if they ordered a part) for the fix instead of covering it themselves since this is where the problem originated! I decided I definitely was not going to do that, but now I am replacing the computer all together because one little piece of that plastic in just the wrong place is going to ruin the computer and I'll lose everything that's on it. The experience I had here was terrible, and I definitely would not recommend anyone go here. I'm just a college student who was trying to make sure her computer was ok, and now I have more problems because of it.

I have a Mac Pro and 2 PC’s. They have never failed to help me, even when they broke the news that my last 2 Mac’s were “goners” (after years of use) they listened to my plans and helped me list what I would need in my next one.

Always on time always professional one stop shop with real people that understand computers are not everyone's main focus in learning how to write software or even connecting the scanner to computer folder when you get an update or new printer.
