Royce was excellent. Very friendly and professional. I had an external hard drive with LIFE on it and he had it diagnosed before I pulled into my driveway. Royce was straight forward and honest about the issue and steered me in the correct way to get it repaired so I didn’t lose decades of family pictures and videos. I couldn’t be more pleased. Royce is the best computer-tech to go to , he fixed my hacked laptop. He made me feel very welcomed going into his office. We had a good talk about computers , life , and so much more! He also hooked me up with a good deal , so if you need any help with your computer. I advise you to go to him!

Royce is amazing. I brought my grandsons HP Pavilion to him and within a few hours he had diagnosed it and fixed it. And he was very very reasonable on what he charged. Definitely my go to from now on.

Royce is awesome and would definitely recommend him to anyone. It's been a long time since I have dealt with a business where I only dealt with one person. You know that the person you are explaining your problem to is also going to be the one who fixes it. He also kept me updated via text through every step.
