My mother’s cell phone speaker stopped working and I honestly wasn’t even going to try to get it repaired since it’s an older iPhone. I figured the cost of the repair wouldn’t be worth it but omg I was so surprised! $50 total for part and labor and 2 days later she had her phone back! Great guys - very professional. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

I do not usually write reviews (much less negative ones) but after my experience with this store I feel I must warn others. First thing is the customer service when engaging and interacting with me was excellent. They were polite, and after what happened to my device (new 2DS XL) they gave me a total refund, so that alone warrants at least three stars to me. But what knocks it down to two stars is that they broke the SD card within my 2DS during repairs, and did not inform me whatsoever. They did replace my battery for free due to it not charging or turning on, but they quietly swapped the SD cards. I had to bring it back the next day after panicking at seeing a completely different homescreen than the one I turned it in with, and it was only then was I told about the broken card. Even worse, there is dust behind the screen of my 2DS, which makes itself known on a black screen— they did not even bother to wipe down the screen before finishing the repair! I will give them credit, they did save some of the data from my SD card and put it on the new one, but I truly wish they handled my device with more care and told me what happened. Due to the trouble, I did get a refund, but I still have a broken SD card full of lost data to go with it. If you are going to entrust this place with your device, ESPECIALLY if it has a MicroSD card, I advise you back up EVERYTHING. I did not, and I regret it.

Got the batteries replaced for my wife and my old iPods (we still love them for travel). CPR was able to do it quickly and professionally - I was impressed! I will do business with them in the near future (got an old iPad that needs the Lightning port replaced)!

Ruined part of my laptop. I brought my laptop in to have RAM installed. It was done quickly, probably too quickly. It had never had any work done on it, so it had never been opened to expose any internal parts. When l received it back the network adapter was not not working, it is missing. The entire plug is gone! The laptop was not resealed properly and my emails to them have been ignored. I contact by email because phone calls can be claimed to have never happened. I do not recommend using this shop for anything. There is a difference for an incidental thing happening, vs destroying an entire part of the PC’s hardware system. Notice in the photo how the entire adapter to plug a LAN wire into is just gone. A LAN wire in the spot just sits there as opposed to clicking into place. So thank you to the people that did this and now will not respond.
