HiTech is always quick to respond and resolve our issues! Due to a switch in internet/phone provider yesterday, we ran into connectivity issues that the contractor could not resolve. David from HiTech came to our rescue! We called HiTech at the end of the day yesterday, and David was at our office first thing this morning. He was very personable, knowledgeable of the issue at hand, familiarized himself with a new app that our internet provider had installed, and he worked to resolve our issues quickly. He was also very thorough in ensuring our internet, network, printers, and scanner were all working properly before he left. Great job, David! Thank you to HiTech as well :) I highly recommend this company.

One of the blessings to come out of 2021 was getting connected with HiTech. My computer skills have ramped up considerably for many reasons (2021 was 100% on-line community and work zoom meetings) but the most significant bonus has been the support of HiTech. I would not have considered a home-based IT support system but it has really paid off. Last week, my monitors quit working, so I began checking out docking stations and that led to a call to HiTech. Adam remote connected to my system and sure enough, the docking station I had was not appropriate for my computer. He steered me to the Dell site and picked out the right one (for an excellent price to boot) for me to order. Yesterday Eidan remote connected and using a phone camera connection was able to visualize my entire workstation. He insured the drivers were up to date, the monitors worked and more importantly, my laptop can stay closed and use less space. Eureka! I can highly recommend HiTech to anyone seeking support for their home based computer system.

Was doing walmart delivery’s. this company ordered 12 40 counts of waters with a $3 tip on it. Would you want to shop for 12 40 counts of water load it in the buggy, the car, then the buisness if it even fit in the car. for a whopping base pay of 7$ with a $3 tip.
