Anthony at Future Speed is the definition of SPEED. He is So VERY knowledgeable and helpful. Anthony did service over the phone for a very simple fix that I had no idea how to do and the internet was not helpful. Thank you Anthony, for being as fabulous as your reviews say you! Lori

My laptop was struggling to charge due to some wear and tear. Anthony figured out what the problem was, ordered the parts and fixed it for a few hundred dollars - less than the original estimate. He answered every question and was easy to reach. Don't assume you need a new laptop, see if Anthony can fix it! I will be a returning customer for sure and will recommend to family and friends!

The person that works there was nice. However, the diagnosis fee was $90 and it took well over a week for him to call and give me a price that I was unwilling to pay just for a replacement motherboard. There are cheaper and faster options.
