I came in a few months ago with a charging problem. Jenifer took my phone, tested it, and confirmed my suspicion that it was a battery issue. They had to order the battery replacement for me, and kept in touch about the delivery process even through a hurricane. When it arrived, she called me in, guaranteed the work would be done in an hour or less, and gave me a bottle of water while I waited. Within 45 minutes, my phone was back in my hand, and it has been working well for 2 months now. Their superb customer service and quality fixes have me recommending them to everyone who mentions a phone issue. I genuinely couldn't be happier with my experience there. Thank yall so much!
