Very professional and honest. Didn’t know I did not have to repurchase Microsoft Office on my new computer, had previously purchased on older laptop, could have sold it to me, but was recommended to use my old one and saved $100. Fast turnaround thanks Eddie !

Although many of the computer problems I can solve myself, from time to time it happens that I need sophisticated help. In the course of many years I have tried many repair shops with different results.
