Ps5 had been there for almost two weeks, no call for updates on when it would be ready or the extended repair time. Finally went to check and they said it would be another 3-4 weeks and hadn’t even looked at it. Insane repair time and no communication.

UzbreakiFix is great. I got there 2 hours before they closed. They fixed my phone and had me on my way before they closed and told me I could pick it up even if it wasn't during store hours.

Had my tv since July and I’m just now being told it “can’t” be fixed now I have to pick it up and pay someone else to fix the simple backlight issue. I don’t recommend their electronic person is always out sick!
