I went in to see if they could repair my iPhone. Paid $45 for a diagnostic fee that would go towards the repair. They called me about 2 minutes after I left the store to tell me that since my phone was cracked the screen could break during the diagnostic. (Totally understandable.) I decided not to move forward with the diagnostic and went back to get my phone. The owner refused to refund my deposit even though the diagnostic was not complete. Instead he offered me $10 in-store credit. Unbelievable. I won’t be going back to this store or the other location.
