My 10 year old macbook died in the middle of a busy week. After a few calls, James was the only person who would attempt fixing it. But I had a lot of doubt, as others had told me they couldn't, but proceeded. When his first attempt didn't work, we both had a lot of doubts and I started seeking a replacement. He stuck with it, figured it out, and fixed it (I'm using it now). Hopefully I'm never in the position to need his service again. But, if your computer needs to be brought back to life, you found the guy.

Very easy to talk to and does great work. Had a laptop that needed servicing badly, he was flexible with dropping it off and communicated the whole time. Does what he says he will do.
