A while back Josh worked on my grandmother’s computer and did a great job it was a no brainer who to call with any issue. I happened to be over at her house today and a threat popped up and locked up her computer. With his assistance, I was able to get her computer back up and running within the hour. He was kind, curious, and explained everything in terms easy to understand via phone/text. This isn’t our first experience, with him and I’m sure it definitely won’t be our last. 10/10 recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
