I ordered a package on New Year's Eve and called in to correct my shipping information after midnight. Someone was available to answer my call. They looked up my order number and told me it wasn't too late to make a shipping address change. I sent them the new address and even though I couldn't get my computer a recovery kit on the first try (I picked the wrong model) they shipped out a updated version specifically so I wouldn't have to pay twice for one troubleshooting kit for my computer. These guys are no amateurs. They know how to help their customers. Thank you.

Friendly and helpful worker. Was able to replace keyboard after water damage. Did take 2 days longer to receive laptop back than what I was initially told. Received laptop back with small scratches that were not there when I dropped off laptop for repair.

At least two years ago, I took an old computer tower to Computer Surgeons as it needed a Windows upgrade that I couldn’t perform, and I was thinking it was time for a new machine but wanted to ask, as it was a I7 with strong specs when it was new. They gave me feedback and offered to upgrade the machine and to add a SSD and I think some additional RAM. I authorized the work and then… wow was it fast and worked great! The price was fair and service completed on time. Very professional and friendly service. Now two years plus later the machine is still running great.

Great experience getting a new SSD+clone of my old SSD! Good price, EXCELLENT service--not only in the store while I waited for the machine, but after I got home and stated reloading the few prograns that wouldn't allow themselves to be cloned: Microsoft 360 and Dragon Naturally Speaking and Norton Anti-Virus decided to rebel on me, so I had to call 3 times to get advice--but no problem, the technician was patient and gave me new ideas that finally fixed the problems. Very happy! Was so frustrated at these programs, but very grateful to have an expert's help. 👍
