We have been with Nallys for about 5 years now, and they're the best internet service around! The customer service is unmatched. We had 2 problems. Our router went out. Nallys was here that day with a new one for free. Today, as we're expecting 4 inches of snow, and after they had closed, we discovered an animal had chewed through our cable outside. I contacted their after hours chat on messenger, and within an hour, the technicians were here, replaced the cable, and had our internet working. No charge. We stream 3 tvs, xbox, switch, PC, tablet, and 3 phones with the $75 dollar service and never have a problem with the speed. Give Nally's a go, their prices are unmatched, and the customer service is TOP TIER. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thanks ya'll, The Wolfinbarger's appreciate ya'll.

I couldn’t say enough great things about this business. I am currently working from home and have had some issues pleasing my employer with speed test and different things. I am sure Nally’s was annoyed with me and all my calls lol but they never showed it! They were so amazing, helpful and responsive. They went above and beyond for me doing what they could to get everything right. So nice and caring! You can tell they really care about their customers. They are the best service around me, in price and speed. I would recommend them to anyone! Simply put AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!

Love my wifi and package its a good price for what i use. Alot better since i switched to online payments instead of getting one in the mail. Everyone there has great customer service except for one lady. My wifi kept getting turned off every month because i never received a bill in the mail to remind me. I am a single mother with a job that requires me to work at least 60+ hours a week. On top of taking care of my 2yr old son. It happened 3 or 4 seperate occasions my wifi being turned off due to nonpayment so i would have to call and constantly pay a reconnection fee on top of my bill. I told the lady i wasnt receiving the bill in the mail. Instead of apologizing she was extremely rude and said "well i know it got mailed out because im the one who does it" i told her how is it none of my other bills have this problem my wifi bill is the only one and it was every month. I asked multiple times if i could just get a username to enroll myself in online pay to prevent this problem and she hung up on me.. TWICE! i FINALLY was able to talk to another person in the office and was emailed my username to enroll and havent had a problem since. Other than the Rude lady that answers the phones. Nalleys is definitely the way to go!

This company is horrible and full of lies. We schedule 2 times and no one can keep their word and appointment to come. When we called to see what going on first time they never answered us. An hour later after 1st time on sat they emailed and said they would come Monday.  I called mon and made appointment and they didn't show up. The lady on the phone told me the guy could stop on his way to the office. They Stood us up again. When I called 30 mins later they lied and said he came.  I told them I been home all day and no one has come. They lied. Then talked and told my husband I was acting crazy just because we are fed up with getting stood up. The lady phone was really rude along with man in back ground. I was not even yelling at them. They lost our business. Don't waste ur time. They are liars and have very bad customer service. Don't waste your money or time.
