CPR Cell Phone Repair Somerset

Great and kind staff. Owner seems like a fantastic guy. Quick and prompt service even after having to order a part for my system. Only thing I'd like to see diffrent is maybe a general guideline pricing sheet perhaps laminated and laid on the counter? Assessment fees and basics. I understand it can't include everything as parts vary. However a base, general something to look at for visual learners would be great. Thank you for getting my system back up and running!

UPDATE: The owner contacted me the very next day after speaking with his staff and said he did not agree with charging me for the screen. He refunded my money for the screen. He was incredibly professional. Mistakes happen and he made it right in my eyes. I would gladly do busy there again. I took my iPhone 14 Pro Max in to replace the back I had broken. That repair was well over $300. Costly, but I agreed. They broke the screen taking off. They said it was completely white. Then I was told it would cost me to replace the screen, another $300 and some dollars. Now if l were a mechanic and someone has me work on their engine. If I dent the tender, l would have to fix it at my cost not the customer. But they, the professionals brake my screen and I have to pay for them to repair the damage to my phone. Great way to make extra money I guess. Next time, I'll just buy a new phone. It will cost me about the same.

The only good thing they have is quick service , but u will have to pay a deposit if they have to order parts, also they do not use Apple certified products and u will have a notification forever after on your phone reminding u so. And dont look to them for being held responsible for breaking your stuff while getting it repaired, So they tell me when i go to pick up my phone that they somehow cracked the back glass on my brand new iPhone 14 plus while working on it and that they can get the part in right away but then only to quote me a price that they can add to on top of my bill due already for that new part and more labor.

I thought I was going to have to replace my 3rd gen iPad Pro. Couldn't get it to charge any more. They quickly replaced the charge port and it seems my touch screen is even more responsive now.

I got my son’s iPad screen replaced here for Christmas and when I got the iPad home it shattered as soon as I touched it. Took the iPad back to see if they would fix it again for me and was told it was my fault and that there was nothing they could do.
