Excellent business. My granddaughter drop her computer and it wouldn't turn on. She took it to E Systems. They kept it a day. Got it working and kept us from having to buy a new computer. There was a dent but he advised not to fix. Wouldn't be worth the expense. He also waived the fee to check it and didn't charge anything. Great customer service. Thank you E Systems. RS

Dropped off my pc tower to be cleaned. Working properly before I dropped it off. They said it would be ready in 3 business days. No call, I left message to get a call back on cleaning status after 5 business days. I went to business, they then took 15 minutes to try to locate my pc. After finding pc, they said that it had not been touched, no apology, would work on it soon and be ready in 3 business days. Went back in person 3 days later, they said pc would not start or open. Motherboard and other things needed to be replaced and did I have a power surge at my house before I brought it in. I said it was working fine before I brought it to them and not once had they give me a complimentary call on the status of my pc. Their reply was sorry and nothing else.

Everyone was kind and friendly, especially the cute little dog! Because I am a student, my diagnostic was free. I really appreciated that. As a Berea College student, I have monthly income of $200. Every penny counts. Turned out my PC just needed a new power supply. I decided to do the repair on my own because I had swapped a power supply before. Everything booted up just fine and I ended up walking out not paying a dime. That's great, but I feel like I owe them something at least for their help, so that's why I had to write a review. Being a woman going into a PC repair shop can be daunting. Often people speak down to you or assume you have no idea about anything. This place didn't do that. They didn't bat an eye at me picking up my PC to do the repair myself. I didn't feel that they were upset by me choosing to do my own repair either, which some places tend to act passive aggressive. Luckily this time was only my power supply, but now this place will be my go-to if I have any more serious issues in the future! Thanks!

E-Systems has immediately helped me when I have had emergency computer problems, getting me going again as soon as possible, and has helped me upgrade my computers to fit my business needs. Took my laptop here to get the hinge fixed. I said the screen would suddenly fall back and that there was tension if I tried to close it. Well, the guy did not listen to a word I said. After explaining to the guy that my laptop cannot be closed, he proceeded to close it and completely broke the part. His response was "okay, cool". What would have probably taken some glue or new screws and little time ended up needing an entirely new part. This took a lot of time and money and I was always the one making the phone call to get the status on the situation. I told them I did not bring my laptop to them in that condition and they knew it with their cameras they have. They made ME pay for their employee's mistake, and thought saying sorry and to have a nice day was going to make me forgive them. They have no integrity to take responsibility for their own mistakes. My laptop is not the same even after their "repair". Obviously, I do not recommend their services to anyone.
