Computer battery needed replaced so I reached out to this small business across the road from Walmart near base. Sent message over the weekend and didn’t expect such a quick response from the owner. She was very helpful and helped get me setup for a replacement battery. From inquiring, to ordering a new battery to replacement happened within a week 1/2. So easy and they walk you through everything. Great company to work with your tech and I will reach out to this place again if ever the need pops up again. Highly recommend and knowledgeable friendly staff Had additional job completed to recover an external hat drive. Great work from this business saving my kids baby photos and videos. Great place for all your computer needs

I'm a few months or so behind writing this... But I had previously took my beautiful blue blue laptop to this place after looking online for a place to help me with my blue laptop. Come to my surprise, my blue laptop was pretty much on it's last leg. Especially once being taken apart for other reasons for being brought to be looked at initially. This place was very helpful, even allowed me to take a white DELL home for a whole day to test it out on numerous things. Despite it not being blue, the trade was a good one. The staff here are very helpful, knowledgeable & respectful. Just make sure you call due to their hours they have; otherwise I'd recommend them for sure! Thank you again.

Thank you to the owner for amazing service. I had sent messages to three other places in Radcliff for an estimate and didn't hear a peep. This morning, 8:33 I send in a request for estimate to Digital Solutions and got an answer immediately. Being the day before Thanksgiving I was starting to think it would be a few days or so before I could get my phone repaired. I dropped it off, did my last minute shopping and in 45 minutes it was ready and at a reasonable price too! I told her she is an angel! Thank you so much for your help. Digital Solutions is my go to now.

Best place to buy good working electronics at a great price. The owner is incredibly nice and makes it her goal to help you understand the process of repairs, I had a dead laptop that she repaired in no time, and another time she replaced the screen on my phone in less than an hour. She's awesome!

They are awesome! Stayed late to fix my Xbox HDMI port. Other places had a 3 week waiting period and were a lot more expensive. Highly recommend Digital Solutions!
