Mike is amazing and helped me wipe clean a phone that was not done properly at the Verizon store. I had an issue with my cell phone I took it to Mike’s Fix in Paducah, Ky. Stephen fixed my phone right there on the spot!! He demonstrated excellent customer service skills, Knowledgeable, and was very patient with me in explaining what was wrong with my phone and how to fix it!! Mike is a pleasure to work with, a true professional. Prior to taking my device here, I contacted Apple and they told me my phone wouldn’t be able to be repaired. I really needed to keep my information(unfortunately, I didn’t back it up properly), so I opted on trying a third party repair service. That’s when I stumbled across Mike, and boy am I glad I did!
