The geek squad on the telephone was more then helpful. I called about repairs concerning my large flat-screen TV. The phone operator for geek squad answered every single one of my questions without a bit of confusion on my end. I was very impressed with how awesome the service was.

0 star review, terrible customer service, maybe the worst I have dealt with. Sept 9th I went in to get my laptop repaired, I ended up getting there 5 mins after my time slot started at 1:20pm. There were two people in line, one being the guy in the time slot after me (1:40) and a man that was picking up and paying for his service. By the time it was my turn in line it was 10 mins into my time. The girl (short curly blonde hair) told me that since the guy was already there for his time slot (during my time) she was gonna take him and I could come back a2 hours later at 3:40. I didn't realize geek squad is now a doctors office...actually all the doctors I have been to are more accommodating than she was. I am a mom of 3, it is not easy to get anywhere on time. I told her there was no need to assess the laptop because it is stuck on recovery, and I had already done the checklist online. All she needed to do was clear it to be worked on. My laptop is stuck in recovery mode, needs macos re installed, it will take hours....not 20 mins. She was too stubborn to even realize what I was saying. She couldnt spare time I had ALREADY set up to just LOOK. What is the point of paying over 100$ a year to be ignored and sent back home....during my time slot? That is nuts. So glad I wasted my time and MORE MONEY to be told to come back 3 hours later, like I don't have other things I need to be doing.

I went in with a virus on my laptop and it got fixed,however not all of the problems I mentioned were fixed. It's a brand new laptop so the family control shouldn't be set up and wont allow me to do simple things I need for class without having to download this and that and still not work. We've put in over $1000 in this thing and still have bad results.

They s u c k b a l l s. Will not answer the phone. You will be transferred to a national line that's actually in India. Yeah. Can't understand them or this "policy."

The young man who assisted me was very patient and very knowledgeable while assisting me! He did a good job of explaining things in a way that I could understand them since I am not computer savvy.
