I had an issue with my computer after attempting to update it from Windows 10 to 11. Big mistake. It was stuck on a black screen and wouldn't do anything. I decided to try out A Local Geek because of the great reviews. I'm glad that I did. From the moment I entered the shop until the time I left, the owner was nothing but professional, friendly, and sympathetic. He was able to reset my computer, and it's good to go now. I'm very satisfied with the service I received. My computer was ready to be picked up within 3 business days of dropping it off. The price was reasonable. I will definitely go back if I have issues with my other devices. I highly recommend A Local Geek.

Took my daughter's chrome book in for a free estimate. They worked fast to give me the price of the repair and Todd is very friendly and easy to work with. He was honest about the price of the repair, and even told me it may be cheaper to just replace it, which was true. We ended up buying a replacement but should I need tech repair in the future I will definitely be going to them. You can't put a price on good customer service.

Had an HDMI port issue on my son's PS5. After a morning drop off, Todd and his guy quickly solved the problem by installing a new Port. I was contacted that afternoon and told it was fixed and ready for pick up, which was a pleasant surprise because I wasn't expecting it till the next day. My son was extremely happy!!
