Dropped my Google Pixel Pro 7 and damaged the screen. A friend with the same phone recommended uBreakiFix. I stopped in shortly after they opened at at around 10:30am. I returned about 12PM and they had replaced my screen and my phone was ready to go, for a fraction of the cost it would have taken to buy a new one! Jordan was very helpful, professional and courteous. He even helped me apply a new liquid screen protector. I am thrilled. Highly recommend!!!

The front desk guy Jordan was very nice and made the process easy. The store had my screen in stock and fast turn around time of only two hours to fix my shattered non working screen. Great servuceand customer service, would recommend.

Cam was extremely imormitive and patient with me with getting my phone cleaned up and the viruses removed. I will absolutely come back if I have anything else. I will absolutely be a repeat customer.

Please only take your device here if you want a different device than what you drop off. Weeks ago I dropped off my Samsung s22 ultra for a new screen and when I stopped to pick it back up I immediately could tell that this was not the phone that Idropped off. I confronted the sales person and was assured that they in fact repaired my screen and also changed the battery (for some reason) After weeks of battling this "new" device for with connection issues due to a faulty antenna, (which I found from some searching is common with these phones) I reached out to Samsung and they then confirmed that the serial number on my device did not match the one they had on record for my original purchase. Meaning, they swapped out my phone with probably a refurb that had a new screen and connection issues. If you need a device fixed I would beware of this place at all cost. This was also compounded by the fact that their "system was down" and I couldn't even get a receipt, even after reaching out for weeks to get one emailed to me. Absolute garbage to deceive customers like this. Enjoy

I'm extremely disappointed with the 'service' I received. I dropped off my laptop in early October, approved a $250 repair, and was told a part was on order. Despite multiple follow-up calls (initiated by me, not the store I might add), I was repeatedly assured that the part was still on its way. It wasn't until I missed a call that I learned the part couldn't be ordered without a deposit. This information should have been shared during any of the previous calls, especially considering it had been two weeks. After paying the deposit, I received another call a few days later stating the part was out of stock and a different, more expensive part would be required, adding an additional $150 to the repair cost. It would still take about a week for the part to show up (assuming it would actually be ordered this time), but I was done. So, 3 weeks after I dropped it off, I picked up my laptop in the exact same shape. The gentleman I spoke with offered to return my deposit, making it seem like a favor. However, this was a mandatory refund since I was otherwise paying for nothing. Thank you for the waste of time.
